These efforts included a series of market, room rate, competitive positioning and profit and loss studies leading to the development of a highly successful major Boston hotel.. In addition, a long-term feasibility study was created for a major conference and event center in Washington, DC, which led to the authoring of an implementation plan and the ultimate development of a world-class facility.
