Justin was born into the construction industry and has worked on some of the most challenging jobsites in the Metropolitan Boston area during his tenure with one of the largest construction firms in Massachusetts. Justin manages Estimating, Pre-Construction, Buyout, Procurement, Scheduling, Subcontractor Compliance, Project Financials, and Close-Out.
Justin believes that the key to a project’s success lies in the details. His efficient and pragmatic approach to project administration ensures that none are overlooked.
Ben Delman
Ben is a seasoned construction executive having held Project Management and Executive roles with some of the largest construction and development firms in the US. Ben prides himself as a team builder.
He is typically found on-site communicating the client’s vision and enforcing the project schedule while maintaining the highest levels of craftsmanship, professionalism, and
safety.
Tom Pennell
Tom brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in bringing projects to successful completions. He has worked in the construction industry 40+ years and has successfully managed the construction of over 7,000 apartments and 2,000 residential homes ranging from Florida, Massachusetts, New York, Texas, and Illinois.
Tom currently resides in Florida, where he is the Vice President of FL Operations.
